 Description

TODOROFF is the first ever boutique wine cellar in Bulgaria, offering unique wines for lovers and collectors. It paved the way for the changes in winemaking and the development of wine culture in Bulgaria since 2001. It focuses on production of small batches of high-quality red and white wines, perfect technology control and preliminary quality analysis of the raw material, as well as an individual approach to each client.

Established in 1945, but nationalized two years later, the cellar was back in operation in 2001.The refurbishing was completed within a few months and the production of the first batch of wines started in the autumn of 2001, which won accolades at the Paris Vinalies in 2003. We invite you to join us and share the secret of the Thracian wines.

During your stay you will be able to enjoy a wonderful tasting of 5 wines - 1 white, 1 rosé and 3 red, set to music. Each wine will be accompanied by a specially suited for it chocolate delight. Following this there will be a tour of the wine cellar where you will learn about the history and path to success of the first boutique winery in Bulgaria, as well as how they make and store their wines.

Last but not least is the wine therapy spa treatment "Mavrud Reserve". A procedure which lasts 75 minutes, it helps normalize the exchange of matter and the absorbtion of toxins. You can experience the rejuvinating feeling of freshness and lightness after an exfoliation with grapes as well as a massage with honey, wine and a nourishing body mask made of micronized grape seeds.
